Collaborative Social Projects

We understand social intervention as a living, dynamic process that is constantly evolving.

That’s why, beyond our training spaces, we promote flexible and innovative projects that respond to the challenges and needs that arise in the different territories and social contexts where we are present. All of our initiatives are developed in networks, thanks to collaboration with social, educational, health, and community organizations that share our transformative vision. We strongly believe in the power of collective work and in building alliances that strengthen the social fabric and multiply opportunities for young people to grow and build their future with autonomy and confidence.

At Superacció, we promote triathlon as an educational and transformative tool. Through regular swimming, cycling, and running training sessions, we work not only on physical preparation but also on fundamental values such as commitment, perseverance, teamwork, and personal growth.
Our training sessions are adapted to different levels and abilities, with technical and educational support that enhances emotional well-being, healthy habits, and self-esteem. For many young people, triathlon becomes a path of holistic growth and a space where they feel part of a safe and welcoming community.
One of the key pillars of our approach is the value of non-competitiveness: at Superacció, we don’t train to win but to share and celebrate each step of the process. This perspective allows each young person to feel respected in their own rhythm and motivated by their personal growth.
In addition, participation in popular and charity events offers meaningful experiences that strengthen group bonds and highlight that sport can also be a driver of inclusion, resilience, and hope.
In the Banys del Fòrum area, and in collaboration with Barcelona City Council, Superacció runs a social activation project through sport, education, and community work.
This natural and urban environment becomes an inclusive meeting point, where the community can take part in sports, educational, and leisure activities that encourage healthy habits, coexistence, and mutual respect. The sessions also aim to promote a positive and respectful use of public space, reducing potential conflicts through an educational, community, and preventive approach.
The project incorporates workshops connected to Superacció’s three core axes—physical, emotional, and intellectual—allowing for a holistic approach with young people and the community. In this way, it helps reduce risk behaviors, create meaningful bonds, and build relationships of trust with young people in the neighborhood.
With the guidance of professionals and mentors, the project supports the identification of social needs and the creation of inclusion processes, promoting a healthier and friendlier environment for everyone who uses the Banys del Fòrum area.
Emotional education through art.
Miradas is an educational and emotional project by Superacció that uses artistic expression, body language, and theatre as tools to support the personal development of young people in vulnerable situations. Mainly aimed at adolescents and youth, the program provides a safe space to explore and manage emotions through creative and participatory workshops.
Over ten sessions, participants work on emotions such as sadness, joy, anger, and calm through experiential activities including painting, photography, clowning, calligraphy, and theatre of the oppressed. The aim is to foster emotional communication, group cohesion, and the reconstruction of a more positive and hopeful self-image.
With Miradas, Superacció promotes a holistic education that connects body, emotions, and intellect to enhance emotional well-being and social inclusion for young people.
This project was created with the aim of supporting young people at the beginning of a new stage, offering them a safe, welcoming, and meaningful space. It seeks to be a bridge between cultures, where diversity becomes an opportunity to grow together and build genuine bonds
Through monthly community gatherings, with topics chosen either by neighbours or the young participants themselves, a space of listening, respect, and exchange is created. Tea, a symbol of hospitality in many cultures, becomes the guiding thread that brings us together to share.
This project takes place in all of Superacció’s residential resources, planting roots and hope in every young person and every community that welcomes them.
The Superacció Summer Camp offers young people in vulnerable situations an educational and recreational program during the summer months, combining sport, nature, group activities, and socio-educational support.
Through an experiential and community-based approach, the camp becomes a safe space where young people can enjoy, learn, and grow. We foster values such as coexistence, respect, teamwork, and personal growth while creating opportunities to strengthen bonds, healthy habits, and self-esteem.
The activities include sports training, cultural and leisure outings, group dynamics, and quality shared time, all guided by a close and professional educational team.
More than just a summer program, the camp is a transformative experience that offers every young person a meaningful summer full of participation and future opportunities.
Superacció’s camps are an intensive experience of coexistence and personal growth offered to young people in vulnerable situations. Over several days, in a natural and safe environment, participants disconnect from their routines and immerse themselves in a space of learning, care, and community.
While many families go on holiday, the camps also provide our young people with the opportunity to leave their usual residential settings, break their routines, and enjoy a few days filled with positive experiences.
Through sports activities, group dynamics, excursions, and shared time, we work on autonomy, cooperation, emotional management, and meaningful connections. The camps strengthen relationships, foster respect, and create memories that reinforce a sense of belonging and personal well-being.
With the close support of the educational team, the camps become a driver of transformation, where every young person feels recognised, valued, and an active part of the group.
The body as a path: support, expression, and transformation.
At Superacció we use the body, movement, and expression as key tools for personal and social transformation.
We work on social inclusion through sports and bodywork with young people in vulnerable situations. Physical activity, sports, especially triathlon, and body expression are educational vehicles that allow us to accompany them in each life and community process.
This approach allows emotions to be channeled, energy managed, fears faced, and personal limits overcome. It also fosters commitment, the building of positive bonds, and contact with cultural diversity through direct experience.
TCI Training: the body as a professional tool
From this same perspective, at Superacció we promote the Postgraduate Course in Integrative Bodywork (TCI), an accredited program by INEFC that combines techniques of authentic movement, body awareness, and creative expression.
The training arises from the need to deepen the connection between body, emotion, and social support. It is designed for professionals in the social, educational, or therapeutic fields who wish to engage in deep personal work and apply this experience in their professional settings
Part of the educational team carries out this training to enhance their support skills and integrate it into our daily methodology.

The postgraduate course has a dual purpose:

  • To accompany professionals in their process of self-knowledge and personal development, so they can better sustain transformation processes in others.

  • To consolidate the bodily and expressive perspective as a core element of Superacció’s educational methodology.
We believe the world cannot be transformed without first starting with oneself. That is why TCI is not just training, but a way of seeing, being, and accompanying.
In collaboration with the Department of Justice of the Generalitat of Catalonia, Superacció develops projects in correctional centers aimed at young inmates and adults with functional diversity within the juvenile justice system.
For the younger inmates, such as those at CP Joves, we offer personalized educational support that fosters reflection, responsibility, and the development of skills to build a positive and alternative life project. Through group, sports, and cultural activities, we create safe spaces for expression, learning, and rebuilding connections.
Meanwhile, the DAE group, made up of adults with functional diversity, receives tailored support adapted to their specific needs, combining educational, emotional, and social support that promotes inclusion and holistic development.
All of these projects are carried out in close coordination with juvenile justice professionals, ensuring an integrated, respectful approach focused on the abilities and potential of each participant.
