At Superacció we see Corporate Social Responsibility as an opportunity to build alliances that generate positive impact. That’s why we work with companies and organizations that share our values and want to actively contribute to social transformation.

Thanks to the support of the business sector, many young men and women gain access to training, work-based experiences, sports, and personalized mentoring. 1. The experience: facilitation and participation

All our CSR Team Building activities involve the collaboration of Superacció youth, who not only participate actively but also help to facilitate the activities.

Vulnerable young people full of energy and eagerness to learn and integrate into the society that welcomes them.

2. Commitment to the project

The event becomes a platform to present our social project to attendees. Through this participation, the organization/company not only becomes aware of the social work we carry out but also establishes an emotional connection with the cause.

As a result of this closeness and commitment, the organization/company decides to actively engage as a symbol of its support and adherence to the values of Superacció’s project.

We propose a day divided into 2 parts, with a break in between and a closing session where participants share what the activity has given them.

1/ 1st Activity: collaborative games
· Welcome
· Explanation of the dynamic
· Activity

2/ Break
· Break with breakfast/coffee option
· Time to get to know the young people of Superacció and their experiences better.

3/ 2nd Activity: to choose between an orienteering gymkhana, Nordic walking,
gentle flow yoga, paddle surf initiation, or other activities.

· Closing of the event and sharing of the activity’s feedback.
