Training Programs

At Superacció we design educational programs for young people in situations of social vulnerability, with the aim of providing them with practical tools to shape their own path. We combine non-formal education, hands-on experiences, socio-emotional support, and community work to create safe spaces where each young person can regain confidence, develop skills, discover their potential, and map out their own life journey.

Our programs adapt to the social and territorial realities of each context and share an experiential methodology based on educational bonds, active participation, and respect for individual rhythms.

With a community-driven and transformative perspective, we work to ensure that young people are not only participants in their process of change but also agents of transformation in their communities.

Espai Superacció Barcelona is a comprehensive project aimed at young people at risk of social exclusion, designed to offer a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where they can grow personally, emotionally, and professionally. It combines educational, training, sports, and community activities to foster autonomy, participation, and social cohesion.
At our center, young people have access to local language classes, basic skills workshops, emotional management and artistic expression activities, as well as pre-employment experiences and both internal and external professional training. Sport, including triathlon training, is used as a powerful tool for cohesion, personal growth, and teamwork.
Espai Montornès del Vallès is a comprehensive project aimed at young people aged 16 to 29 with little to no work experience, low professional qualifications, or in situations of social vulnerability. Its purpose is to offer a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where they can grow personally, emotionally, and professionally, while acquiring the skills needed to resume their academic path and/or enter the labor market.
The program also supports young people who, despite having a qualification, feel disoriented about their future or need guidance to define their life path. Special attention is given to the academic and labor inclusion of young people with functional diversity, ensuring that no one is left behind.
Espai Superacció Tenerife is a project for young people at risk of social exclusion, designed to provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where they can develop personal, emotional, and professional skills. The program combines educational, training, sports, and community activities to promote autonomy, active participation, and social integration.
Young people can attend Spanish language classes, basic skills workshops, emotional management and artistic expression sessions, as well as participate in both internal and external pre-employment experiences. Sport—both collective and individual—is used as a tool to foster cohesion, self-improvement, and teamwork, encouraging holistic development.
